Diaphragm seals generally install on pressure gauge, switch, transmitter and other instruments to protect diaphragm from corrosive, crystallized, viscous and high temperature media that may cause blockage or damage to pressure measurement system.
Different materials and pressure range can be chosen according to actual using media, connected pressure gauges, operating temperature and other factors.

Diaphragm pressure gauges are used when medium is corrosive, contaminated, viscous, crystalline or with impurities. Flange type diaphragm seal is especially suitable for highly viscous or crystalline media, particularly used in chemical and petrochemical industry.
DIAPHRAGM SEALED Flange Process Connection－Extended diaphragm type - DS300L series
Diaphragm pressure gauges are used when medium is corrosive, contaminated, viscous, crystalline or with impurities. Flange type diaphragm seal is especially suitable for highly viscous or crystalline media. DS300L is with an extended welded diaphragm with contoured diaphragm bed, especially for thick wall or #isolated tanks and pipelines.

Double flange diaphragm pressure gauge is applicable to special working environment and corrosive fluids, such as high temperature, acid, polluted water, heavy oil, concrete and used in the pressure measurement of the working fluid easy to be crystallized, such as petroleum plant, chemical factory, paper mill, sewage treatment, dye, paint and so on.
DIAPHRAGM SEALED Simple Flange Process Connection－Single/Double flange type - DS250 series
Diaphragm pressure gauges are used when medium is corrosive, contaminated, viscous, crystalline or with impurities. Flange type diaphragm seal is especially suitable for highly viscous or crystallizing media. DS250 can be used for low pressure from 3 psi. It can be cleaned by removing the lower housing.
